We completed a Scan to BIM project for a hotel located in the Czech Republic. Our team was responsible for comprehensive Revit modeling, ensuring an accurate representation of the existing structure. We created detailed sheets showcasing floor plans, sections, elevations, and a roof plan highlighting trusses. Additionally, we developed a door and window schedule and performed room area calculations to enhance project clarity and functionality. Nestled in serene surroundings, the villa was designed to harmonize with nature, strategically placing its spaces around a central swimming pool. The objective was to ensure ample north light exposure and panoramic views of the lush garden and shimmering pool waters while adorning the villa with intricate murals and classical elements such as ornate columns, elegantly crafted railings, and keystones. Details about My Contribution: As a BIM professional with a comprehensive skill set encompassing leading-edge software applications like Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Lumion, Photoshop, and Archicad, my role in this project was pivotal. Specifically, I specialized in leading multidisciplinary teams and seamlessly integrating design-to-construction phases by implementing industry standards such as COBie, IFC, and LOD.
