Compact and portable machine for the brewing industry. Compact and versatile design that allows the filling of two kegs simultaneously with varying pressure. 3D design from P&Id, detailed engineering and manufacturing plans, graphic application of branding and photorealistic images for advertising purposes.
Pasteurization and CIP integrated unit Project done as partership with QUARD design solutions. The entire project was developed from P&ID and data sheets provided by customer. Some blocks were provided by suppliers such as exchanger, 3 stages plate pasteurizer, valvs, instrumentation, and Electrical cabinet. The remaining blocks were modeled acording to data sheets. Work done was: - Structure design up for skid - Equipment possitioning - Piping design - 3D modeling - 3D rendering - 2D drawings for manufacturing and assembly - Graphic Identity application to Skid
Wine industry. Clean in place modular equipment for the wineries. 3D design and assembly from P & Id provided. Pipework for two different OD and valves alternatives. Shop drawings for manufacturing.
Oil & Gas industry. Tool used for well drilling and well repairing, applied for holding drill pipe. We performed 3D modeling from product survey to develop replacement parts and 2D drawings for manufacturing.
Bio Gas Filter design according to customer specifications. Design adjustments were made to instrumentation elements, platforms and ladders. Design and adjustment of internal filtering platform. 3D Skid and pipework assembly.
