This project involved creating a Python web service to overcome Airtable's limitation I created: 1. An Airtable custom script extension to post data to a Python web service. 2. A python web service with FastAPI hosted on a PaaS to create hundreds of requests and handle the asynchronous responses. 3. Process the Data. 4. Generate slack notifications. 5. Create CSV files. 6. Send emails.
The client was required to download 7 reports from an ERP system that provided hourly reports on the machinery status of a mining company. The project included the following: Hosting of the scraper. Environment configuration (Linux, MySQL, Selenium, Python, etc) Creation of the Scrapper for each report
The client required to process data monthly from different sources and provide a graph not available inside Aritable. I created all the required automation and scripting inside Airtable and created an extension using special Charting libraries to show the graph requested by the client
Requirements: A Twitter Bot that checked prices of 3 NFT Collection and Ethereum. Tweeting the prices of these cryptos and deleting the last tweet after 30 seconds of adding a new tweet. So at any given moment, there could be one or at most two tweets on the TL. I used Python and Heroku to deploy this Bot. Consuming Coingecko, Binance and Opensea APIs to query the prices. The client required a system to automate their accounting practices. The solution provided consisted of a CRM and Customer Portal integrated. Open-source solution using PHP, MySQL, Javascript, Bootstrap. Once clients/customers register with the company an email is sent out. This email contains a link for user registration inside the Portal. The customer can upload their quarter and annual data inside the Portal, and upload files with a summary of their operations for that period. When the client submits their accounting data, and upload files, the system creates a tax return submission file. File parameters are set by the Spanish Tax Office and the Agents are notified that clients have uploaded documents or relevant tax declaration information. All members of staff (agents) can login and monitor the status of their clients in real-time Invoice is generated once agents submit documents to Hacienda. The system provides the following functionalities among other things: 1) User registration, portal link registration emailing, password retrieval and profile management. 2) CRUD operations for tax declarations. 3) File upload and retrieval. 4) Automatic tax declaration file creation for Spanish Hacienda commission. 5) Reporting 6) Emailing (batch) 7) Invoicing.
