Schedule Interview NowMy name is Aleksandar C. and I have over 3 years of experience in the tech industry. I specialize in the following technologies: AWS CloudFront, AWS CloudTrail, DevOps, Cloud Architecture, AWS CloudFormation, etc.. I hold a degree in Bachelor's degree, Master's degree. Some of the notable projects I’ve worked on include: Blue-Green deployment with CodePipeline and ECS, Deploying a Docker image to AWS ECS Fargate, Wordpress stack - high availability, scalability, caching, Highly available Wordpress on AWS app stack, Dual backup solution for a large website, etc.. I am based in Belgrade, Serbia. I've successfully completed 9 projects while developing at Softaims.
My expertise lies in deeply understanding and optimizing solution performance. I have a proven ability to profile systems, analyze data access methods, and implement caching strategies that dramatically reduce latency and improve responsiveness under load. I turn slow systems into high-speed performers.
I focus on writing highly efficient, clean, and well-documented code that minimizes resource consumption without sacrificing functionality. This dedication to efficiency is how I contribute measurable value to Softaims’ clients by reducing infrastructure costs and improving user satisfaction.
I approach every project with a critical eye for potential bottlenecks, proactively designing systems that are efficient from the ground up. I am committed to delivering software that sets the standard for speed and reliability.

In this project I deployed a NodeJS app hosted in GitHub to the ECS cluster. Following steps were taken: 1. Pull source files to local machine, build a docker image and push image to the ECR repo 2. Create ECS cluster, task definition, tasks and service. For Deployment type for service choose Blue/Green deployment 3. Create ALB, listeners and target group 4. Create CodePipeline and configure Source, Build and Deploy stages. Connect my GitHub repo with CodePipeline (source stage) 5. Run CodePipeline and follow along stage completion, one by one.
I've got a task to deploy a Docker image to AWS ECS Fargate 1) Pull Docker image from Docker and push it to AWS ECR 2) Create cluster, task definition and task 3) Launch task and deploy it to the cluster
In this case I used AWS CloudFormation templates to create: 1) A private VPC in two Availability Zones and three subnets per AZ 2) Aurora-mysql database cluster 3) Elasticache Memcached node cluster as DB caching layer 4) EFS file system for storing Wordrepss content 5) Wordpress application servers consisting of an autoscaling group with "target tracking" scaling policy 6) NAT gateways and internet gateway and application load balancer 7) CloudFront distribution with ALB as an Origin
This is an example of simple yet highly-available Wordpress application stack including two EC2 instances in different Availability Zones, multi-AZ RDS instances in active/standby mode and EFS file system for storing Wordpress content.
