As B2C marketing Vice President in AIESEC, I created different campaigns to promote exchanges, through mailing marketing, social media Ads and printed flyers, using design tools (Canva and Adobe Photoshop). I created personas to direct efficiently each Ads Post.
Using Google spreadsheet, I developed a file to control personal finances expenses, each one categorized and consolidated in a Dashboard. The file allows the input of information and automatically a resume table will be updated. It allowed a detailed financial analysis, identifying the most relevant category of expenses.
I developed, improved and automated different financial spreadsheets, using formulas and macros to reduce manual and repetitive work. I worked with several Spreadsheets interconnected and developed ease-use Dashboard to qualify financial indicators of Working Capital and Company Results
I lead two developers to assist me in delivering this project. Previously the challenges were: Decentralized data source; Long and manual data processing; Recurring update; Static PDF dashboard extracted from Excel The project consisted in (i) structuring a database that extracted sales from SAP through azure in a central Excel File, consolidating this one single data source in Power BI with DAX language. (ii) I designed the dashboard in Power BI and executed (iii) After delivering the project, I also did myself some improvements and automations using DAX language programming
I developed a Power BI connecting 9 different Excel Files with extended database into one sigle dashboard using DAX language. I designed the dashboard showing the most important indicators achieved with the control of the tax incentive, and reported to Leaders of the company.
