The requirement was to develop a web based chatbot to collect detailed information from leads easily and also respond to FAQs. I along with my team worked on this project starting from designing the conversations to developing the web chatbot and deploying on AWS. Also we have integrated Dialogflow for the NLP purpose. Also we developed a dashboard to display all the information collected from the leads. The project was developed using MEAN stack technologies. We received great feedback from the Canada based client.
The client already had a very successful web portal in Europe for the subscription cancellation service. He wanted website chatbot for his concept. I understood the business case and designed the conversation flow accordingly with the client's feedback. I developed the backend and API integrations for the chatbot application and worked with a front-end developer from my team to connect it with the website. Also I trained the Dialogflow agent with all possible intents and connected it with the application.
I developed this whole platform to create survey chatbots and connect them with Facebook messenger and website. Using this platform, It is really easy to add questions to the surveys and collect responses through multiple channels. The platform provides an option to analyse the responses as well. The stripe payment has also been integrated in the project.
I along with my team at ThoughtNext designed and developed the Facebook chatbot platform from scratch. The platform can be used by even non-techies to create a chatbot on facebook. There is broadcast functionality as well as human takeover functionality. The admins can create and publish templates also.
I created add listing, display listing and search DNN modules for this Australian company. I also made many module customization and design changes to the website.
