In the video shared here, I am explaining how I create bug reports and test plans.
End to end testing of a native mobile app, on multiple platforms.
I was asked to train the juniors of a company for their specific needs. In order to do this: - I coordinated with them the best time to have our classes - I created my own Confluence space for training with materials - I created the basic information that any QA needs to know in order to start work - I created the documentation containing exclusively RELEVANT & PRACTICAL information that I needed in my 7 years of career as a QA Tester - I added examples from my experience for a better grasping of the theoretical concepts - I did a case study with each junior over a task they had to work on, in order to give them a hands-on approach: this contained everything from reading a task, understanding and asking relevant questions for missing requirements to writing the test plan for the task and actually testing on multiple devices.
Took over an ongoing project and set up all processes: - set up Jira - set up Confluence - created all the documentation for the product - created processes for the QA team - selected freelancers to join the testing team - had interviews for the tester positions - onboarded the selected testers - created a project & board for the testing process - created tasks for the team to test - was the link between stakeholders, development team and QA team
I was took over a new project, that was under a change of technology. What I do for this kind of project: - understand the business context - compare the old version of the product with the new one - find all issues: new, UI, UX, usability, integrations - make sure all popular browsers and devices work flawlessly - tested all 3rd party integrations, such as Google APIs for maps, for SSO, etc. - open and prioritise all found issues - re-test the fixed issues
