The goal was to process lead responses and validated leads then building multi-workers flow (sub-agents) to respond according to the lead questions so that users not only get human-like communication but on top of all, increasing response time to 12 hours down to 10 minutes. This engages the customers way more and turned a 50% sales conversion taking it to 90%.
As a Product Owner, I led a project to enhance product planning through the ICE scoring model and key metrics like OMTM and NSM. By validating and implementing the ICE framework (Impact, Confidence, Ease), we prioritized high-value product ideas with data-driven clarity. Establishing OMTM for tactical success and NSM for strategic alignment ensured cohesive, goal-focused efforts.
