Face recognition computer vision application
The client aims to develop a robust face recognition system capable of distinguishing between real images and deepfake images. They want to enhance security, prevent misinformation, and protect against the spread of manipulated content. As the lead developer, I played a pivotal role in building this cutting-edge face recognition application. Here are the key aspects of my contribution: I trained a pretrained Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) on a diverse dataset containing thousands of real and deepfake images. This involved fine-tuning the model’s weights and optimizing hyperparameters to achieve exceptional accuracy. I preprocessed the dataset, ensuring consistent image sizes, removing noise, and augmenting the training samples to improve generalization. Rigorous testing and validation were conducted to assess the model’s performance. Achieving a remarkable 99.6% accuracy demonstrates the effectiveness of our solution. I deployed the trained model as a user-friendly application, allowing clients to upload images for real-time analysis. Our face recognition system has exceeded expectations: High Accuracy: With a 99.6% accuracy rate, our model reliably distinguishes between real and deepfake images. I created that advanced retrieval augmented generation (RAG) based chatbot for the real estate business using the client's data. This state of the art technique gave his customers personalized experiences when interacting with the chatbot. The goal was to enhance customer's support.
