This dashboard was built to pull out data using number of API calls from the client's Project Management Software which was mainly used to manage construction projects. The dashboard was built to provide project managers with the key project metrics and insights around the cost, revenue and profit data. This dashboard was an excellent tool to help project managers manage their projects efficiently, drive key decisions, identify cost issues, resources allocation, and analyse the impact of cost and other factors on the overall project's performance and revenue forecast.
Developed an interactive Excel dashboard to track and visualize key healthcare performance metrics including occupancy rates, bed days, admissions, age-based bed utilization, and financial indicators. The solution integrated data from multiple sources (CSVs, Access databases, and SQL) using Power Query, VBA automation, and external data connections to ensure accuracy and refreshability. The final dashboard provided a centralized, automated reporting tool that reduced manual effort, improved data consistency, and enabled stakeholders to make faster, data-driven decisions.
I developed a Sales Performance Dashboard in Power BI for a client seeking to gain deeper insights into their sales data. The goal was to create an interactive, visually engaging tool that could track and analyze key sales metrics and revenue performance across various regions and time periods.
This project involved developing an Excel attendance tracking solution for clients of Day Care facility. The main requirement was to automate capturing client's attendance for activities held in the facility, and trigger reports which will pull out the attendance entries for each client and show the calculated rates for invoicing. Different attendance codes were defined along with rates based on clients funding groups. Macros and advanced functions were used to automate the attendance entries and generate required reports for finance to issue invoices.
Objective: Created a comprehensive Power BI dashboard that analyzes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT helpdesk incidents, leveraging data from the company's cloud-based helpdesk system.
