Pipedrive
This customer in the real estate space needed a way to automate work that he had been doing manually to screen emails received by platforms that do not have an API to integrate with, and send qualified leads to Pipedrive with custom pipeline routing logic based on the data from the emails. To implement this I then created 2 main scenarios, one for each platform and a custom email parser to scrape the data sent in the emails. Each of these scenarios then branched out to different other scenarios by passing data using webhooks within Make.com and JSON body validations.
