I built a product that monitors outlets for testing power, with a backend system that sends customers notifications via email and sms with NO MONTHLY COST. The product was a huge success and stands at over 370 amazon reviews. I was the sole developer on the project and collaborated with one other individual who eventually sold the company to an investor. Additional to the programming aspects, I worked with amazon to get a series of brand exceptions, google and apple to get the application pushed onto their storefronts, and a number of legal entities working with patents. 5/5 Project
Contract position with Boys and Girls Club to develop their software that: 1) created an integration with NeonCRM for auto-generated reporting for sales, in-kind contributions, etc 2) built a system to generate new events based on internal templates 3) built a system that lets people select seats that have different pricing structures, all managed by a sophisticated backend that I co-programmed with another dev 4) Dozens if not hundreds of phone calls to coordinate these efforts with the local and national branches 5) Numerous other admin features that I don't have characters to type out : )
I was the lead programmer (freelance) for the belfiore real estate company for nearly 8 years. I built a myriad of report generation systems that took internal marketing data and converted it into pdf reports that investors in the Phoenix metro area used to determine whether or not putting money into certain properties or subdivisions was likely to generate an ROI. The system used fairly sophisticated algorithms that I can't show, but I can show a few code snippets that demonstrate some basic functionality. The company was bought out by a larger investor in 2021, but we still remain friends.
I've worked on this project for a long time with constant industry evolution. Highlights: - Worked doing NPSA conventions and booth demonstrations - Built sophisticated logistics tracking software to monitor overseas containers where users could bid on containers - Built websites for SteelContainers, DFWUD, and others. The front-end is very simple. The meat is all behind the scenes with complex reporting systems, inventory management, and much more - Built a mobile app for the crew to ingate and outgate units in real time, collect signatures and payment at the gate, automatic notifications
We built a fairly comprehensive property management inspection app for home-inspection companies, with dozens of features including: - ability for a super-admin to manage recurring billing for sub companies - companies can manage employees, schedules, profiles, etc - homeowners and realtors can request and schedule inspections without needing an account - internal data talks to ARMLS and populates property data directly - events can be re-scheduled directly from sms requests - companies can manage finances directly The project was ultimately not deployed due to funding problems
