The head of the SME division had asked whether it was possible to predict the customers which were most likely to churn so that they could trial a range of pre-emptive actions. • With the help of Machine Learning algorithms, we were able to reduce the costs from $107 to $97 per customer. • There were 16000+ customers in this company
Built a Retrieval System to pick the right answer to a certain question, from a dataset. • An user ask a question, your model, process the question and pick the most suitable answer from a knowledge base dataset, in which the right answer is. • The user input can be slightly(or even totally different, that can be cover later on) different from the based question.
Our client wanted to monitor various parameters related to his business.We developed dashboard reports for Logistic company based on London for sales storage space (Pods). This dashboard included various parameters regarding website analytics, sales and purchase, revenue and profit, Customer acquisition cost and many more.
