Each project presents a unique opportunity to transform abstract ideas into meaningful digital experiences that create real impact. I approach every challenge with curiosity and commitment, ensuring that every solution I design aligns not just with technical requirements, but also with human needs and business objectives. One of the most rewarding aspects of my journey here has been learning how to bridge the gap between innovation and practicality. I believe technology should simplify complexity, enhance efficiency, and empower people to do more with less friction. Whether building internal systems, optimizing workflows, or helping bring client visions to life, my focus remains on developing solutions that stand the test of time. Softaims has encouraged me to grow beyond coding—to think about design, communication, and sustainability in technology. I see every project as part of a larger ecosystem, where small details contribute to long-lasting results. My daily motivation comes from collaborating with people who share the same passion for doing meaningful work, and from seeing the tangible difference our efforts make for clients around the world. More than anything, I value the culture of learning and improvement that defines Softaims. It’s a place where ideas evolve through teamwork and constructive feedback. My goal is to continue refining my craft, exploring new approaches, and contributing to solutions that are not only efficient but also elegant in their simplicity.

The client wanted to implement two-factor authentication using Twilio's solution--Authy--on a ClickFunnels-powered site. The hat trick here is that I had to work without direct file access. I got it done despite the constraints by using a severless backend service combined with a Javascript file to send/receive requests related to the TFA. The client was pleased that I got it done regardless of the circumstance!
Client request: build a WordPress plugin that displayed a data table that is sorted/filtered by the parameters passed to the shortcode. The client was quite happy with the result and I was pleased about the work I did! I am always happy to provide more information about what I did in a conversation!
My client wanted me to write up some sample calls to his in house SOAP API in PHP to serve as an example for his clients. I used the PHP SoapClient to develop the examples, sent the XML request output to the client to verify that the request was well formatted, and documented the code I wrote well. The client was pleased with the code and with the output.
My client wanted a simple portal to send and receive faxes using Twilio's Programmable Fax API. I built a responsive UI that allowed the user to use the following functionality: 1. login (portal secure using very basic auth) 2. send faxes as PDFs 3. view all sent faxes with status, date created, destination number, and a link to the PDF 4. view all received faxes with status,d ate created, sender fax number, and a link to the PDF 5. Upon successful receipt of a message, the user gets an SMS message specifying that a fax came in. Some of the features were not in the client's mind initially, but as I worked I added what I thought was necessary to provide good value to the client.
My client wanted to get two things done on this project: 1. Develop a clean, user-friendly portal (Client Portal) where companies can perform card-to-card transfers to pay their employees, and other related card functions as a part of their existing Ruby on Rails application. 2. Modify the Admin portal that goes along with the Client Portal to match the functionalities. My responsibilities on this project: - modify the existing transfer functionality to create the "Instant Pay" card-to-card money transfer (think of Venmo), requiring new financial institution API calls to be done - create new replacement card functionality requiring new financial institution API calls to be done - Implement multi-factor email authentication using GUIDs - onboarded another developer to speed up production—was able to get him up and running on the project with only 3 billable hours - all of these changes required me to perform database migrations to implement new functionality—remove models, edit models, and create new models entirely - limiting user access to certain features of the Client Portal (selectable within the Admin Portal)
