We developed this 3D racing game from scratch — starting with raw ideas and transforming them into a complete, monetization-ready product. Our team covered the full pipeline: game design, physics setup, environment creation, 3D assets, UI, and mobile optimization. We were involved from day one, helping shape the gameplay logic, car handling, drift dynamics, and visual mood. The project required close collaboration between Unity developers, 3D artists, and a level designer — all coordinated by our internal producer.
The gameplay combines real-time base defense, auto-shooting mechanics, wave-based progression, and a card-driven upgrade system. Our team built the game’s core systems in Unity — including enemy wave logic, character behavior, UI integration, and performance optimization for mid-tier devices. We also supported the client with gameplay balancing and monetization design. The production team included a Unity developer, technical artist, and producer — working in sync with the client’s vision to ship fast, clean, and scalable.
My team handled starting with basic gameplay concepts and transforming them into a fully functional, stylized mobile game. Our team built the cooking system, timer-based serving mechanics, and customer behavior from scratch. We designed and animated the UI, integrated upgrades and monetization systems, and ensured smooth performance across Android devices. The team included a Unity developer, UI/UX, 2D artist, QA and producer — working in agile sprints, with full ownership of delivery, polish, and scalability for global release.
