Enhanced E-commerce Tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Our task was to track a user journey funnel on the LRTT.org website. As a solution we decided to track an non-ecommerce website with the methods used on classical e-commerce shops - Enhanced E-commerce tracking that allows to visualize user journey until conversion is made. This would allow our customer to understand main bottle-necks on the application funnel and improve conversion rate on the needed steps. This led to the overall 30% increase in conversion rate. Additionally we've imported back Sales Force sales data to Google Analytics, which allowed customer to see the ROI of their ad spend.

Digital Marketing Strategy Manager

I managed a team of 12 Google AdWords /Ads and Google Analytics professionals in order to provide high end service to export oriented customers from SaaS, cloud storage, entertainment and retail verticals in US and EMEA. The other work-streams that emerged on the later stages of the project were agencies and app developers.
