Automated Zoning Data Retrieval
The project involved developing a script to fetch zoning data from an ArcGIS REST API. Steps of work included: connecting to the API, retrieving zoning info with query parameters, parsing JSON responses, and converting ArcGIS geometry to GeoJSON. Implemented filtering by zoning codes (e.g. "R10") with future flexibility. Filtered data was saved as a GeoJSON, converted to GeoPandas GeoDataFrame, and exported as a shapefile for compatibility with QGIS/ArcGIS. A thorough test ensured accuracy, and clear documentation was provided. Client left a 5-star review.
Blockchain API - AAVE, Compound, DefiLlama
The project involved developing a script to fetch data about stablecoins liquidity pools of various lending protocols like, AAVE, Compound and DefiLlama listed ones, across multiple EVM-compatible blockchains. Steps of cooperation included: thorough analysis of the requirements, figuring out the existence of official API's to scrape the data(free solutions preferable), developing custom solutions through direct interaction with blockchain via public RPC. Retrieved values should've been placed in a Google Sheet. One week deadline, client was satisfied with results, leaving a 5 star review.

This project involved developing an AI Telegram Bot, prompted to act like a mentor for men who seeking some advice or guidance in life situations. It can take context and provide a thoughtful message based on the user's input, memorizing a conversation and being able to refer to it in the next messages Steps of cooperation included: thorough analysis of the requirements, constructing the UI, setting up the OpenAI api solutions on top of LangChain framework, storing message history in Redis, integrating with Hubspot, payment provider, etc. Deadline was two weeks. Client went satisfied.
