lost bits

lost bits is a 2.5D platformer developed by me and five other developers using the Godot engine. I primarily served as the main gameplay programmer for this project, and I prototyped, integrated, and polished several major mechanics into the project. These mechanics included wall jumping and wall climbing, player and enemy attack states, enemy behavior and core mechanics, boss sequencing, launchpads, swimming, hitstun (slowdown on hit), item/inventory flags, currency drops, and camera movement and locking. Outside of mechanics, I also contributed by, debugging scripts and maps, conducting tests, managing game production and distributing tasks through Jira and AGILE methodology, and optimizing scripts and shaders.
