I performed exploratory testing by trying key features such as sign-up, login, editing profile, browsing recipes, viewing ingredients and cooking steps, and testing the recipe subscription feature. I found and reported several bugs using the developer’s feedback form to help improve the app's functionality and user experience.
I tested the Pawoon POS back office system, focusing on the reporting feature. I ensured that all reports—especially sales and discount reports—were accurately generated in downloadable Excel format. I verified data accuracy, including transaction details, totals, and applied discounts. I also checked that any discounts created in the system were correctly reflected in the back office reports. This helped ensure reliable financial data for business users.
As a Manual QA Tester at Pawoon, a Point-of-Sale (POS) system company, I was responsible for testing both web and mobile applications to ensure seamless functionality and user experience.
