Ditto Chat
I developed the Android client for an Open Source Internet-less cross platform P2P chat application as customer-facing source code example for the Ditto SDK. It was developed using the latest best practices on Android, including Jetpack Compose, Flows, Dependency Injection and the Ditto SDK.
Saving Data on Android (book)
I co-authored this book that will teach you to persist data on Android by saving it locally or remotely. Also includes modern synchronization techniques, allowing your app to be reactive and always up-to-date.
Android App Distribution (Book)
I co-authored "Android App Distribution", a book which serves as guide for everything you need to know after you've actually written your app, including distribution, scaling, security, testing, app ratings, strategy and more.
Android Fundamentals (Book)
Just completed work on the successor to the Android Apprentice book, "Android Fundamentals". In this book we teach the fundamentals of developing on the Android platform with Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and more. In the chapters I wrote, I show the reader how to develop a P2P chat app in Compose using the Ditto SDK.
iCOPS iPad Data Visualization Dashboard
Celcite came to us as a many-time repeat customer, as they have come to rely and depend on our UXD expertise. On this project I was responsible for complete implementation of the presentation / client tier of iCOPS mobile dashboard for Celcite’s client, AMX Telecom, which allows the executives of the company to monitor all aspects of their network worldwide through an intuitive interface. Phases of the project included interactive wire-framing, creating rich concept mockups, and then implementing an iOS 7 iPad native application.
