Brushless DC motor driver board that I designed and produced for an electric vehicle. The design consists of two separate PCBs, the processor, and the power card. The reason we chose this was to continue the race by changing the card in a short time if there was a malfunction in the power section during the competition. The shapeless design of the card was because we planned to put it inside an aluminum box. Card Properties • 1 x 72V-15A BLDC Motor control. • 1 RS485 communication line. • 1 Bluetooth connection. • 3 Half Sensor inputs. • 1 CAN Bus output. • 2 USART outputs.
It is a system developed for bedridden patients to prevent bedsores. I made the PCB design and software of this system.
