Problem Statement: Given the prevalent cash flow challenges in my country, relying on traditional methods such as recording customer change on paper—which is prone to loss, damage, or degradation—poses significant difficulties in maintaining accurate records. Solution: To mitigate this issue, I developed a digital application that facilitates precise tracking of customer change, thereby preventing vendors from inadvertently overpaying or underpaying. This solution promotes transparency and satisfaction for both vendors and customers.
1. Client Goal - Allow users to request or book rides via Facebook Messenger interacting with a Natural Language Processing chatbot. 2. My Contribution - Developed the Natural Language Processing Chatbot with Dialogflow integrated into Facebook Messenger to process user input and give users quick response options increasing the ease of accessibility 3. Project Success - Bitsa Ride now has 2000 users and has been recognized as a solution at a nationwide scale. The client also went on to claim an award of 'Most Innovative Solution' in Botswana.
