For most businesses, machine learning seems close to rocket science, appearing expensive and talent demanding. In this project using google speech to text, I made IVR based information services based on predefined rules and logic. Stored user requirement and order related info the database. When a user wants to make a query about his order, I search the order note updated by the provider until delivery plays the text using google text to speech API.

For most businesses, machine learning seems close to rocket science, appearing expensive and talent demanding. In this project, I used IBM Watson speech to text API and Google Text to Speech API. The main goal in this project is IVR and human speech-based saved contact number dialling. Client demand was also to create and manage everything for his users by a portal.
