Introduction: My client, a leading telecommunications company, approached us with the challenge of developing a robust Call Center Platform The primary objective was to replicate a table displaying a comprehensive list of call recordings sourced from a third-party API, specifically OnSIP. Each recording contained crucial information about the agent who handled the call and the caller details. Additionally, the client stored the audio files of these recordings on AWS S3, necessitating seamless integration to access and play these files directly within the platform.
The XP3 Talent System is an ATS platform that handles around 5000 applicants/week. The tech stack used for it was Laravel 8, Vue.js 2.6, AWS (ECS, S3, Cognito, CI/CD, Beanstalk), Sass, and Docker. The platform is also linked to different S3 buckets which handle the applicants document uploads as well as data retrieval from many different organizations. It is a SaaS oriented platform for which we've been working for around 2 years. It also integrates with SendGrid to send automated emails on different steps, like a candidate's application status change, or if a position gets closed and the candidate wasn't picked, or many different other steps. It also makes use of cron jobs to clear up old/junk data and it also integrates with different 3rd-party providers (such as Socket.io and CKEditor)
