I have designed, developed and implemented a number of solutions that involve data migration and ongoing synchronization of data from PowerApps environments and/or other systems to PowerApps using a variety of technologies. 1. Scribe 2. Kingsway 3. C#/OData (Native development) 4. Power Apps Data Flows The projects I have been a part of range from; 1. Small systems (under 1000 records. 2. Power App to PowerApp environments. 3. 5,000,000 record databases that operate on a 24 synchronization cycle.
Using PowerAutomate - integrate onboarding of new projects to create dedicated project channels and related documentation folders that teams can use for sharing of information. The key is the implementation of notifications and sharing of information across team channels when the channel is created, along with notifying pre-existing channels of their existence.
Custom Power Automate Connector that connected to an Azure Function, allowing for Triggers and Actions to be used by other developers when developing their own Power Automate Flows
Setup Dynamics Marketing/Customer Insights to distribute emails to a number of different users based on sector/sub-sector associations. The goal of the system was to automate the delivery of emails and track them against the original customer record. Integration of topic management was handled by the built-in subscription center.
Implement a Customer Insights System that helped the organization move from Customer Insights Outbound to Real-Time Marketing using an External Compliance Profile. The implementation included custom Power Automate flows for management of consent records and a custom compliance profile. The system deployed sends 3 - 4 emails a week to over 800,000 users based on segment ownership.
