My name is Ibrahim D. and I have over 10 years years of experience in the tech industry. I specialize in the following technologies: Firewall, VoIP Administration, Cisco CallManager, Cisco Router, Network Administration, etc.. I hold a degree in Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.). Some of the notable projects I’ve worked on include: Indian Air Force Advanced UC features Deployment and Support, Norwegian Defence Voice System Security Enhancement, World Bank VoIP and UC Security Deployment, Egyptair UCCE Implementation, Credit Agricole Bank - Recording System Deployment and Integration, etc.. I am based in Cairo, Egypt. I've successfully completed 6 projects while developing at Softaims.
