As a Technical Writer and Documentation Specialist, I was responsible for developing clear, concise, and user-centric documentation to support successful adoption and usage of the e-QUALi platform. This included: Creating detailed user guides, quick start manuals, and contextual help content covering key features such as project navigation, document management, task handling, and collaboration workflows. Drafting comprehensive process descriptions to simplify complex technical concepts and workflows for diverse user groups including vendors and internal staff.
Improved and streamlined the company’s documentation and guides by migrating their platform to GitBook. Restructured the content to ensure logical flow, enhanced usability, and optimized accessibility for users. Additionally, rewrote several articles to improve clarity, consistency, and overall quality.
Designed and implemented a comprehensive knowledge base system, writing over 150 new guides to cover a wide range of features.
