We developed an automation solution for a client who needed to transfer new lead information from email notifications into a website form. The challenge was that the website had no API endpoints or documentation, making direct integration impossible. Our approach used a combination of backend code and automation. We built a script hosted on Firebase that dynamically extracts the website’s API details using browser automation. Each time a new lead arrives, Make.com calls this Firebase function, which retrieves the required API information.
We developed an influencer research automation system for a German based PR & marketing Company, streamlining their processes and saving time. Google Chat AI Assistant: Employees interact with an AI assistant in Google Chat, which pulls relevant influencer data from a central Google Spreadsheet based on user queries. Master Table Integration: Data from various spreadsheets is automatically merged into a master table. Real-Time Research: Using the Perplexity API, the system researches influencers from platforms like Instagram and TikTok when data is unavailable.
Prometheus Fuels is a U.S.-based energy startup that captures atmospheric CO₂ and converts it into zero net carbon fuels like gasoline and jet fuel. Founded in 2019 by Rob McGinnis, the company employs a proprietary process involving water, electricity, and nanotube membranes to produce commercially viable fuels.
