This is a portal having two types of users: 1. Admins: Admins can add games to the portal and edit/delete any games. 2. User: user can create their account and login to the portal, then they can see all the games and they can give review for a particular game.
There are lots of vtt files in a folder and the client needs to process those files and generate the txt output file. By using python inbuilt libraries I read all the files and then process line by line and removed the additional characters as well as the duplicates. Then save the file to an output folder.
For a small service portal like water the invoice generation was not in place, everymonth those should be created manually using the data from excel sheets. Also maintaining the excel sheets are another challenge. To solve this problem I have automated the complete process of invoice generation using ReportLab (One of the best python library for PDF generation). Also to maintain the data I have used MySQL database. The solution looks like the client needs to insert the data in the database and then the batch service will run on a fix date time which will generate all the invoices for the different customers and send it to their respected email addresses.
