I worked with a small sales organization that needed an overhaul of their overall Sales process from Qualification to Sale. There was little visibility to the activities of the Sales team as everyone ran their own process. I led the initiative to help the Sales Leadership Team think through a cohesive way to set up a process they all could follow. After we had a plan, I led the effort of the Development team to develop this new solution. I jumped in myself and created the Zoho CRM Blueprint that would drive the entire process.
I worked with a small sales organization that needed a way to help their sales users schedule the next follow up reminder for all their Leads and Contacts in their rolodex. There was little visibility to this next step, it was just whenever they thought about the person or ran across their name. I created a solution involving an ongoing follow up blueprint that could repeat forever and apply to any kind of follow up. After we had a plan, I jumped in myself and created the Zoho CRM Blueprint that would drive the entire process. Updating the process resulted in greater efficiency for the org.
My first project at Outsource Consultants was to gather all disparate knowledge sources of the company, and bring them together in a unified place. I developed a knowledge base in Zoho Learn. I not only gathered the information across the company, I also reformatted and rewrote all information into Zoho Learn articles. This made all the information across the company more cohesive and comprehensive. Ultimately, through implementing Zoho Learn for the company, a culture of knowledge keeping was born. All departments now had a goal to regularly review their articles for accuracy every year. As new processes or products were developed, accompanying documentation was an expected part of the delivery. And onboarding new employees became a breeze as all the information needed was in one place and extremely clear. In addition to executing this project for my company, I was also one of the first people to implement Zoho Learn as the product was still in a Beta mode. I was therefore in communication with the Product Manager at Zoho to provide feedback on the product throughout the implementation and beyond. I am therefore pretty intimately familiar with the product.

This project was for a small company in the Southeast that worked in a home construction field. They had been using Zoho for a few years, and had worked with a number of different developers to try to improve their product. The main stakeholder had a confident view of what he was looking for process-wise, he just was not able to make it happen in their system before he worked with us. After a few Discovery calls, I was able to map out clearly his intended process, then compare between his current state and his desired future state, to create a clear map to a resolution. Each of his issues or concerns had a path to resolution - whether it was creating better reports or standardizing processes with a Zoho CRM blueprint. The end result was a clear set of to-do's for both the customer and our development team. At the end of the project we were able to walk through the process together and I could show their team how their concerns were heard and addressed.
