Project Goals Implement Product Analytics for a Saas startup and help the team to become data-driven by analysing insights and making informed decisions. Solution Using my P.I.A.O framework, ✅ I aligned on business goals, focus metrics, and the North Star. ✅ Develop the tracking plan document. A living document to track all events and event definitions. ✅ Collaborated with developers for full Mixpanel integration (web, front-end, back-end). ✅ I created a report and dashboard highlighting the most important metrics for different functions/team ✅ I conducted team training on Mixpanel.

Brand Awareness and User Acquisition ad campaign

I used social ads to increase awareness of the company’s products and increase lead generation. We ran two types of ads, brand awareness ads and website visit ads, to increase overall brand awareness of the product and customer purchases on the website. We were able to reach 2 million people via our brand awareness campaign and get 3,000+ visits on the platform, generating an increase in revenue.
