Experience Highlights

Case study: web2web for wellness product

Elastica is a face fitness and wellness platform designed for women 30–70, combining daily face yoga routines, stress-relief practices, and holistic self-care into a simple, personalized program. Through creative ad campaigns and a quiz-based onboarding funnel, we attract and engage people to subscribe before touching the app.

UX Research case study: mobile community for Minecraft gamers

At the beginning of 2022 I have received a request to create a business concept and prototype for a mobile app in the near-gaming industry (Minecraft players) that has the potential for market success. Case study contains all crucial details about the UX research conducted, numbers and screenshots.

B2B SaaS solution

This web-based solution collects and analyzes corporate data to assess performance, culture, and key metrics like employee engagement, burnout, and trust. Designed for company leaders, HR, and strategy teams, it provides AI-driven insights and recommendations in an intuitive, non-technical format. By visualizing data through charts and generating actionable tips, it helps businesses optimize corporate health and strategic planning effectively.

Localization UX research: Amazon and Temu eCommerce platforms

I managed a research project to analyze the localization strategies of Amazon and Temu in the Spanish, German, and U.S. markets. I created a detailed guide and table outlining user journey steps on each platform, assessing dimensions like cultural adaptability, experience design, and content relevance. Leveraging my location in Barcelona and Spanish fluency, I reviewed the Spanish versions to understand local consumer preferences. The project concluded with a presentation of insights, screenshots, and an analysis comparing the platforms’ localization strategies across the three markets.

Market research: prepaid debit cards

The goal of the project was to select the most optimal and user-friendly prepaid debit cards for a company that offers corporate perks and gift sets. The report of this research was presented in a document designed with a stylish template. It included a table with card characteristics, providing a clear comparison. The second part of the report provided a detailed description of the purchasing process, followed by card activation and testing on Amazon, eBay, Western Union, and a local grocery store, step by step, along with all necessary photos and screenshots.
