This solution consists of an Intake Form, an Intake Sheet, a Departments Reports, and a Dashboard. Through the use of the form, information is entered into the intake sheet. In this file, you can manage the projects by changing their statuses, owners, budgets, and dates. There is also a report where you can look at the department budget information and you can compare that to the actuals. Lastly, there is a dashboard where we see some high-level information about all the projects in the intake sheet.
This solution consists of a Project Plan, Reports, and a Dashboard. In the Project Plan, you can manage the entire project by adding new tasks, assigning users to tasks, and changing their statuses. The reports use filters to display different information, such as At-Risk Tasks, Milestones, and Current User Tasks. Lastly, there is a Dashboard that shows high-level information about the project.
