I’ve learned that technology alone doesn’t solve problems—understanding people, processes, and context is what truly drives innovation. Every project begins with a question: what value are we creating, and how can we make it lasting? This mindset has helped me develop systems that are both adaptable and reliable, designed to evolve as business needs change. I take a thoughtful approach to problem-solving. Instead of rushing toward quick fixes, I prioritize clarity, sustainability, and collaboration. Every decision in development carries long-term implications, and I strive to make those decisions with care and intention. This philosophy allows me to contribute to projects that are not only functional, but also aligned with the values and goals of the people who use them. Softaims has also given me the opportunity to work with diverse teams and clients, exposing me to different perspectives and problem domains. I’ve come to appreciate the balance between technical excellence and human-centered design. What drives me most is seeing our solutions empower businesses and individuals to operate more efficiently, make better decisions, and achieve meaningful outcomes. Every challenge here is a chance to learn something new—about technology, teamwork, or the way people interact with digital systems. As I continue to grow with Softaims, my focus remains on delivering solutions that are innovative, responsible, and enduring.

I worked as a Full-Stack Developer on the SDPP (Strengthening Digital Processing of Projects), a major digital system for the Bangladesh Planning Ministry. This software was designed to move all government project work—from proposal submission to approval and monitoring—into one online platform. I developed both the backend using Spring Boot and PostgreSQL, and the frontend using Angular. This system replaced paper-based work and made government project management faster, more transparent, and fully digital.
As a Full-Stack Developer, I built a scalable SaaS-based Hospital Management Software using Angular, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL. I developed core modules like patient registration, billing, inventory, lab reports, and RBAC. Using microservices and REST APIs, I delivered a secure system that streamlined hospital operations, minimized manual effort and boosted efficiency. The platform is now successfully deployed in multiple hospitals.
Developed a dynamic Organizational Chart Visualization Tool using Angular 19 and GoJS. Worked as a frontend developer to implement features like drag-zoom org chart, version switching, employee detail panel, and advanced filtering. Completed successfully on SoftAims with client satisfaction. The app helps visualize complex team structures in an interactive, scalable UI.
Developed the "Budget Automation" module using Angular 16+, focusing on complex and highly dynamic UI implementation. Built responsive components from Figma designs with nested form structures, conditional rendering, dynamic row/column generation, and real-time validation. Implemented reusable components and reactive form handling to ensure scalability, maintainability, and smooth user interaction.
In this project, I expertly converted a high-fidelity Figma design into a fully functional, responsive Angular application, ensuring pixel-perfect accuracy and smooth user experience across devices. Beyond development, I also handled the complete deployment process, hosting the site securely and efficiently. This end-to-end solution highlights my skills in UI/UX translation, Angular development, and server deployment, delivering a seamless digital product ready for real-world use.
