Project Timeline: The takeoff estimation for 250 units across 24 stories of a high-rise apartment building was completed within four days. Work commenced on February 21, 2024, with the estimate returned to the client by February 25, 2024. Project Outcome: The project was delivered to the client within the agreed timeline and with precision. The client expressed satisfaction with the quality of work, evident in their acknowledgment through a bonus awarded on March 12, 2024.
