I was hired as scrum master for this project, the project was about ecommerce site where we had to deploy Large language AI model in order t refer right products to right customers based on their history with site. I had team of 7 people , including one product owner, the process carried out with scrum framework and i took to the responsibility to apply scrum in order to get desired results .
