Developed an interactive Hotel Revenue Dashboard for FY23-24, designed to monitor performance across multiple properties and market segments. The dashboard tracks total revenue, room revenue, RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy, while providing drill-down insights by year, season, week, and hotel.
Designed and developed an interactive Bank Account Balance Dashboard to track total balances, savings, investments, and current accounts. The dashboard provides clear insights through KPI cards, monthly trends, category distribution, and average balances. It helped stakeholders easily monitor performance, optimize fund allocation, and make data-driven financial decisions.
A client was struggling with manual lead follow-up from multiple lead forms (Facebook Ads and Typeform). The sales team was wasting time on unqualified leads and lacked a system to triage, engage, and schedule calls automatically. I built three interconnected workflows in Make.com to cover: • Real-time lead capture and update • Instant AI-powered voice call via Vapi • Post-call lead qualification with GPT • HubSpot + WATI + Calendly sync • Feedback into Meta’s Conversion API for signal improvement
The client needed to generate fast, structured insights about leads from their websites before reaching out. The system fetches 5–7 relevant URLs, scrapes the content, sends it to GPT, and receives structured markdown text summaries, including Company Overview, Services/Products, and Website News. The system supports batch processing, smart retries, output formatting, and automatic Airtable syncing.
This automation solution empowers conversational experiences on WhatsApp and Telegram by orchestrating message classification, session persistence, AI-assisted replies, and message logging. It uses conditional nodes to determine whether the incoming message should be handled by a human or AI, routes it accordingly, and manages session life cycles while updating message logs. The workflow communicates with both Claude and Anthropic models to generate contextually aware replies, supported by database lookups and webhook responses.
