Developed an automation using Dux-Soup to perform LinkedIn actions, including messaging, following, sending connection requests, and removing connections. Designed a custom dashboard in Retool to monitor and manage these activities, providing real-time insights and control over LinkedIn outreach efforts. Enhanced efficiency and streamlined client networking processes.
Created an automation to identify missing receipts or invoices from Xero bank statements. Sent reminders every three days via Gmail and Telegram, automatically removing resolved items from the alert system. Logged missing transactions in Google Sheets, updating their status to "completed" upon resolution. Simplified bookkeeping control with streamlined notifications and reporting.
Designed an automation to process eBay dispatch notes from Google Drive (PDF/CSV). Used Parseur to extract data from PDFs, logging it in Google Sheets, while CSV data was directly recorded. Integrated Gmail to capture eBay order confirmations, generating either SMS notifications via Twilio or PDFs for email/printing when contact details were incomplete. Streamlined warranty registrations through email, SMS, and postal delivery.
The client needed to track specific PayPal transactions from multiple sources. I developed an automation that listened for targeted transactions using PayPal APIs and reported the data to Google Sheets. This enabled further automations and streamlined financial tracking and reporting for the client.
The client needed to automate and validate data from web forms to build a B2B email database in SendGrid. I implemented a webhook to capture new form submissions, validated emails using NeverBounce, and categorized them (valid, invalid, catchall). Valid emails were pushed to SendGrid for email campaigns. All data was logged and tracked in Google Sheets for transparency and reporting.
