I was brought in to identify the root cause and recommend solutions. After thorough analysis, I recognized that the core issue was their inability to delegate management tasks, which created a bottleneck for scaling. I helped them through transition by devising and implementing a strategic plan to offload operational duties from the co-founders, allowing them to focus on growth.
