MediFlow is a responsive web dashboard that helps healthcare practitioners manage daily schedules and monitor clinic activity. Designed for both desktop and mobile, it supports solo practitioners and small teams aiming to reduce administrative overhead and gain clearer insight into their operations. The interface was designed in Figma with a component-based structure and scalable layout. I can implement this design as a fully functional web application using custom code.
The client wanted a tool that converts a text file into an Excel file and vice versa. He also wanted to be able to process multiple files at once and asked for my advice on how to implement this. Based on his needs and the details he provided, I improved the initial solution and created a tool in Google Sheets using Google Drive as the file storage. It has 3 functions: 1. Mass import - converts all text files of a folder and all its subfolders into sheets. Total word count is shown per file to aid in translation pricing. 2. Mass export - separates the converted text files by category using automatically created folders. 3. Remove all sheets - removes all imports to process another project. The user can also make future changes to how the tool formats text files using parameter settings.
The client wanted to view relevant data for the selected product in the order form. I designed and coded an information display on the right side of the order form that updates depending on which cell is selected. This way, the client can see the data even while he's filling up the form. No need to click any button or go to another tab. I also added pagination so that there wouldn't be any limitations on how much information can be displayed.
