In this project I built Demand Forecast for a raw material of an Automobile Industry. The main purpose of the project was to get 95% customer service level for the final product. I set up a Safety Stock level for the product which ensured this goal. The Forecast was based on the historical data of the material's consumption for the past 3 years, received from the client.

In this project I built detailed BPM diagrams in Bizagi software for all the business operations applying BPMN 2.0 best practices, working closely with SMEs in the business. These diagrams have been perfectly servicing different business re-engineering initiatives, as well as a new Operations system development.
In this project I wrote detailed requirements for the development of an ERP system in a company, working closely with developers in Lithuania, in Agile environment. I gathered general highlights from SMEs, and wrote high level use cases and specifications for the development of the system, as well as conducted UAT. I have participated in all the change management initiatives through the new system implementation within the company. The system I designed has been perfectly servicing company's business units from the project management, supply chain, operations and resources management perspectives.
In this project I analyzed, as per a client request, potential issues from the integration of two separate systems (Finance and Warehouse) in the company. The analysis covered the overview of the business departments within the operations, and the functions of the systems from the technical perspective, including examples and high level recommendations for the integration.
