Business Process Flow Documentation
This project covers the documentation needed for cloud based ERP system implementation that resulted in new process for: Human resource, which is the HR system of record for the company's 6500+ employees Finance , one integrated financial system, improved access to timely data to inform decision-making Supply Chain Management - provide a common tool for everyone who needs procurement to full inventory management functionality, improving competitiveness. Planning and budgeting - Offer staff with powerful planning and budgeting tools, such as greater project data analytics, forecasting capabilities, and activity-based budgeting. My role in the project is that of a senior business analyst, where I curate the business process flow for the cross-functional processes of HR, Finance, and Supply Chain. I lead a team of business analysts collaborated closely with business stakeholders to create a business process flow. After finalizing the business process flow, I worked through the requirements by creating a requirement traceability matrix in which the requirements and business process flow were mapped. I developed user stories based on the requirements and implemented them. During the ERP implementation's implementation and testing phases, I served as the liaison between the development team and the business process owner for SDLC phase of development and user acceptance testing for successful implementation of ERP system
