Acies.ai is a BI Platform for the Payments Industry. I was a founding designer who led the design efforts in building a business intelligence platform for the payments industry from the ground up. In two year period we were able to design and build BI platform. I defined the product concept, overall IA. Defined user flows. Worked closely with founders on the roadmap and features research, competitor research. Defined branding and overall visual style. Created design system. Worked closely with developers on the implementation.
BindPlane is the only IT operations data management platform on the market that can deliver a relationship-aware stream of metrics and logs in real-time. I designed the platform from scratch working closely with the CTO and development teams. I went throughout the full design process cycle performing the following activities: ideation and concept definition, wireframing and wire-flow creation, flow, user story and customer journey mapping, prototype creation, user testing, visual design and style guide creation.
