This was one of my biggest projects I have contributed as team lead and so took lead of a team of 7 to maintain and deliver 350+ projects for Janssen & Janssen and JMC UK and Ireland (Janssen Medical Cloud).

Prototype for Personalised E-commerce with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Technology used: We have used Amazon Amplify for all the Back-end functionalities development and deployment pipeline such as — GraphQL based API frm Amazon AppSync for Content creation + update. — NoSQL based Storage from Amazon DynamoDB for dynamic Content Storage. — APIGateWay for REST API to integrate third party services like data fetch/update from/to third party applications. — Amazon S3 for static content storage storage. — Amazon Cognito for User Authentication and Authorization for Admin-side. — For Frontend we have used NextJS with Serverless framework for Development and Deployment pipeline.
Goal: The client required an engaging and vibrant website for their Mexican restaurant, Baja, to attract more customers and showcase their menu and unique dining experience. My Role: I crafted a custom WordPress website capturing the essence of Baja. The site featured rich visuals, an easy-to-navigate menu, and integrated functionalities for reservations and menu updates. Outcome: The website vividly presented Baja's lively atmosphere and delicious cuisine, leading to increased online visibility and customer reservations, effectively meeting the client's objectives for a stronger online presence.
Goal: The client required a specialized website for photographers to buy and sell gear, focusing on user-friendly features and a professional design to attract a photography-savvy audience. My Role: I developed SellMyGear.in using WordPress, ensuring an intuitive interface for seamless buying and selling experiences. Key tasks included integrating a robust product listing system, secure transaction functionalities, and a sleek, photo-centric design. Outcome: The website effectively attracted its target audience, with increased user sign-ups and listings.
