Designed an efficient and modern Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) for a residential property in Brisbane, California. My work included architectural planning, landscape integration, and preparing detailed drawings for client approval and future permit submission. The design maximized space functionality while enhancing outdoor living areas.
Backyard Transformation – Deck & Landscape Remodel I redesigned this backyard to create a functional and visually appealing outdoor space. The remodel features a new deck platform, lush turf, and carefully integrated landscape elements to enhance comfort and usability. Using SketchUp, I developed a precise 3D model to bring the design to life, ensuring every detail was well-placed for both aesthetics and functionality. The final renderings, created in Lumion, showcase the space in realistic lighting and materials, giving a clear vision of the finished project.
Referred by a previous client after successfully delivering their garage permit drawings, I was tasked with designing a 2-bedroom Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) for a residential lot in Fall River, Massachusetts. The challenge was to quickly develop a space-efficient layout that met both the client’s vision and local requirements. I created the ADU conceptual design from the client’s brief, followed by detailed CAD drawings, approval documentation, and submission-ready plans — all delivered with speed and accuracy to support their permit process.
MINI AMUSEMENT PARK DESIGN: In the context of the rehabilitation project, my responsibility was to conceive two innovative concepts for an amusement park design The design included key elements such as a carousel, Ferris wheel, and container shops. Remarkably, I successfully conceptualized and actualized these ideas within a stringent timeframe of three days. Leveraging modeling software like SketchUp and Lumion for 3D rendering, I ensured that the final representations were not only accurate but also achieved a high level of photorealism.
I was commissioned to develop a 2-car garage that met both functional requirements and enhanced the property's overall appeal in Memphis, USA. The client needed a solution that maximized space efficiency while complying with local codes and future permit submissions. I started by analyzing the site conditions and space constraints, then translated the client's vision into a practical, code-compliant design. The project was completed efficiently with clear communication and professional standards throughout.
