Goals: Bathroom renovations used to be an industry stuck in its ways. We took the entire process and built a bespoke tool to handle every step. From a Lead Funnel, generating a 3D render of the bathroom, swapping out fixtures, ordering the materials, managing the sale, P&L, booking the bathroom fitter etc.

During the pandemic I personally wanted to build a platform to help people recovering from COVID 19. This is Pinda, a platform named after a friend who passed from COVID in 2021. The platform was video based course style. I brought on experts in their fields to talk through ways to recover, ranging from mindfulness to physical activity and education.
