True Corporation
I led the full redesign of our corporate website, combining roles of design lead and project manager. My job was to keep everything moving and ensuring the work was done on a high level—coordinating a team of 4 designers, a copywriter, and developers through a full rebrand and website relaunch, as well as communicationg with stakeholders (CEO). I planned workflows, managed deadlines, ran design reviews and demos, and built alignment across teams. I also maintained our updated brand book and design system, and contributed hands-on by designing key pages and visual assets myself.
The work done includes: 1. Branding - at this stage I designed product visual communications to ensure that the brand stands out on the market and speaks loudly. 2. The prototyping stage included work on both UX and UI for the left-to-right version in English, and the right-to-left Arabic version. I also built the design system, created background animation and handed off designs to the devs. 3. Responsive landing page layouts in English and Arabic. This project is protected by NDA agreement. The case study will be published upon agreement with the client once the app is live.
OdeCloud is the unified talent marketplace, community hub, and administration platform for the modern workforce. It has everything business technology consultants may need to host their portfolio, handle transactions, and prospect clients. As the only designer on the team, my role involved shaping multiple OdeCloud products, wireframing and prototyping, conduciting user testing, analyzing web analytics, maintaining design systems, handing off designs to devs, creating animations, communicating with stakeholders and more. I delivered designs for both mobile and web platforms.
GamePayy is a competitive social platform used by gamers to participate in tournaments and challenges, watch streams, chat with other players and earn money. I contributed by conducting initial UX research (e.g. competitor analysis, personas, user stories, site map, user flows), wireframing, building the design system from scratch, as well as hi-fi prototyping of the future web app for the investor pitch. In order to bring the client’s idea to life while making sure the time costs are minimized given the MVP version, I delivered all necessary design artefacts at short notice.
Squared Solutions specializes in data automation solutions such as ETL, ERP, PDF-parsing and bookkeeping. I worked to design visually appealing corporate website layout, as well as illustrations, animations and responsive designs. The most challenging yet satisfying part for me was to put complex processes simple, given that target users are not very tech-savvy. I solved this task by creating compelling UI, eye-catching illustrations and lively micro interactions. I also contributed by conducting a UX-audit of the main company product (dashboards).
