Client needed a complete contact centre with, multiple level IVRs. PIN verification methods, integration with custom CRM, call back service, voicemails, temp forwarding for more that 12 enterprise level products with agents scattered over three regions.
Project was to migrate on premises Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket which were in DMZ to Atlassian cloud. But these servers were not exposed to internet so first I have to migrate them to AWS as client had VPN to AWS and then from AWS to Atlassian cloud. It was a very challenging project because it required manual upgrade, taking care of all backups, documents, repos, developers access and projects. Completed successfully with 0% data loss or service disruptions.
This project primarily required migrations from H5 Datacenter to AWS, Linux and Microsoft servers management.
Client hired to follow the GCP documentation and build some test projects related to Containerisation, GCR (Google Cloud Repository), Kubernetes etc. and provide feedback related to the official documentation.
This project required to create VPNs, Instances and migration of servers.
