Client’s requested to have some custom fields associated to their customer accounts that was stored in their third-party proprietary application. In addition, they wanted the system to generate the invoice in their format and business logic that the proprietary application couldn’t. Previously they were performing these tasks manually using excel. A web application was written in C# with a MS SQL Server back-end. The application consisted of a Data Layer, Business Layer and Web Application. I developed both the database that stored the data and the web application.
Project was to create a dashboard using Tableau to show Work Order productivity.

The client wanted a system that will track their new customer intake and specimen pickup scheduler. I designed and created the database using MS SQL Server 2016 and created the Windows application using C#.
The client purchased data extracts from FAIR Health and the extracts were loaded into a MS SQL Server database. The data is to be used to for analytical purposes to analyze trends to help the client determine how to reimburse their providers within their network to maximize their profits. I designed and developed the database based on the files the client provided to me purchased from Fair Health. The files includes data from these following modules: Inpatient Anesthesia HCPCS Medical Outpatient Surgical Once the database was developed, the data from the Fair Health files were loaded into the database. Once the data was loaded, I provided the client canned queries they can run to analyze the data for their business. Final product I provided was a windows application written in C# that allows the client to load the Fair Health files as they purchase new ones Fair Health supplies as they compile their data from their sources.
