Tabbed is a multiple target iOS application written in Swift, using SwiftUI. The front-end applications used a VIPER architecture, that utilized a publisher-subscriber networking layer. The full system uses Firebase as a server-less backend to provide real time databasing, authentication, and file storage. The backend uses TypeScript and JavaScript to integrate with Stripe for payment processing. I was responsible for the front-end architecture, backend architecture, and data architecture of the entire system. Two developers were added, and I oversaw development until an alpha release.
The entire KRON system is a multi-target application written in Swift. While many portions are written using UIKit, more performant frameworks such as CoreImage, Quartz, and OpenGL, were used to create many underlaying technologies that were integrated into the main application. The app required dozens of API integrations to input the users data and provide the visualizations. A customizable theme system was also implemented. The theme system used Firebase as a server-less backend, allowing the client to create real-time design updates that were instantly visible on the app.
FuboTV leveraged a hybrid codebase of Objective-C and Swift. Alamofire was used for web service communication. This technology stack facilitated a high-performance application that delivers an exceptional user experience for live and VOD TV. This project required implementing a redesigned user interface while maintaining existing features. I worked with the client to convert the app to VIPER. This allowed us to gradually implemented modular code. The application's web communication and performance led to a seamless viewing experience, significantly enhancing user engagement and satisfaction.
The Co-Keeper system was built using a shared code base fully written in Swift, ensuring high performance and seamless integration across iOS devices. The user interface was developed with SwiftUI. For the backend, Firebase was implemented to provide a server-less architecture that supports real-time data synchronization and updates, ensuring all users have access to the latest information instantly. This combination of Swift, SwiftUI, and Firebase enabled the development of a robust, scalable, and efficient property management solution.
Mystro is developed fully using Swift. It integrates with the Google Places API for POI searching. Realm is employed for efficient data modeling and persistent storage, Web service communication is handled by Alamofire. The app also includes Google and Facebook authentication. The client initially only had a design document of the app flow. I worked with the client to determine the best technologies to use, and then creating the app from scratch. Finishing the Mystro project resulted in a highly functional and user-friendly trip planning application.
